The Mother City of South Africa is the home of Cape Town International Airport, located to the south-east of the city, a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Cape Town International Airport (CPT) serves a variety of airlines, including South African Airways, British Airways, Emirates and Qatar Airways and some well know domestic airlines such as Mango, Kulula and FlySafair.

Our International Airport is the third-busiest airport in Africa. Opening its doors in 1954 and replacing Cape Town’s previous airport, Wingfield Aerodrome. The hosting of the 2010 FIFA World Cup has allowed for major improvements, which saw the airport increase the number of passengers.

Cape Town International Airport (IATA code: CPT) is the second-busiest airport in South Africa. Flights to Cape Town International Airport are provided by international airlines such as Lufthansa, Emirates and Turkish Airlines. Domestic airlines landing at CPT include Kulula, Mango and FlySafair. Cape Town International Airport is located 15 minutes away from the city centre of Cape Town.
